  It's the High Commission of Canada headquarters in Pall Mall, next to the National Gallery and Trafalgar Square. Fine you noticed the flag ... ;)

a man alone in the rain, thoughtful, it seems.. behind him a couple with an umbrella...he makes no move to cover himself...It remembers me on that famous picture of James Dean...Do you know it?   Yes of course I know him, Jimmy was one of my first myths....
  Now that you point out this detail I think that it must have been this analogy that struck me immediately in this street view.
  I first heard about him from my older brother who had been shocked by the mythical epilogue of the actor's life.
  Later I approached all his films and I was particularly touched by his acting in Kazan's movie "East of Eden" for which I also read Steinback's novel.
  I still cultivate my veneration for him.
