....everything is blue, you too, when I take believe in the title...maybe the weather in England forces this mood - but you are in sunny (?) Italy. ... the picture shows London in an expected way: wet and rainy! But I'm sure - there's pleasure below this surface...sitting in front of an old fireside, drinking a little "Port" and talking to somebody beloved. So let it rain.   Actually, what I meant to say with my photo is exactly this: Happy Hours in London and also in Milan is the time slot in which bars, cafes, pubs and other public places are full of people because there are discounts on drinks and food and even you can pay for one but consume for two.
  That's why there's nobody around.....Everyone's indoors having beer, wine and aperitifs...:)))
