radiant is an excellent title for this expanse of blue sliced with graceful precision through the overcast. your focus is clearly the sky and the light shining through, and i like how you showcase the light/sky with a very low horizon line that has some subtle detail and adds interest to the almost monochrome blue tones. i like its darkness. i'd love to see this either with the entire silhouettes of the people in the foreground, or you could clone them out in photoshop. the shape in lower left corner is also distracting. the light brings the water to life on its surface. do you have a version with the whole people? from what i see, they would be a lively element in this moonlit image. overall, though, the shapes, tones and composition recall many fond memories for me...that's what effective images do, so great work drawing out an emotive response.look forward to seeing more of your work. welcome to 'the island!' :)
