40 mph wind and clouds on summit of Mt Washington. some hike the 4000 ft elevation change for 5 hours; others drive the 8 mile mountain road. all fearing to be blown over the cliffs. jh

Nice shot from Mt Washington. I like the zig-zag pattern of the railings. It might look good in b&w, too.Your photo reminds me of my trip there in 2004. The weather was great then, though a bit chilly.
