Taverna la Castellana
Today with my friends we went to the village of Casertavecchia to have lunch "alla Castellana" typical restaurant of the country. We took a dip in the Middle Ages - we walked along the streets of the medieval village - Casertavecchia is a medieval village that stands on the slopes of the Tifatini mountains at 401 meters above sea level and 10 km from Caserta. In the Middle Ages it was the center of the city of Caserta; since 1960 it is among the Italian national monuments.
