The Fungi world (20) : Brick tuft

Brick tufts grow mainly in swelled clusters jostling each other for room and light.
As you can see, several portions of those fungi are partly eaten up. This is not done by the Crane fly (top right).
If you want to know which animal is the dinner guest, then have a look tomorrow at my next picture in this series.

Dutch name : Rode zwavelkop
German name : Zigelroter Schwefelkopf
Latin name : Hypholoma lateritium
