The Fungi World (351) : Candlesnuff fungi

Candlesnuff fungi are very small but conspicuous fungi with a branched antler like form.
Can be found all year round, but most commonly in autumn.

The largest specimens in the shot are only 0,5 cm high.

Dutch name : Geweizwam
German name : Geweihförmige Holzkeule
Latin name : Xylaria hypoxylon
