The Living Forest (407) : Forget-Me-Not

Forget-me-not is a plant that grows in rich, moist soil and flowers from spring to early summer.

There are approximately 50 forget-me-not species with variation in petal, colour and biotope.

My picture shows the wood forget-me-not (only 1cm diameter or less).

Dutch name : Bosvergeet-mij-nietje
German name : Wald-Vergissmeinnicht
Latin name : Myosotis sylvatica
