The temple in the undergrowth

The tempel is called Wat Sap Tai and located on the sideway at the border Saraburi to Nakhon Ratchasima where the region of Isaan beginns.
During a walk through the brushwood near the Khao Yai National Park we discovered the holy place at the entrance to a small district called Tambon Phaya Yen.
A building with a meditation hall where a buddhist monk and teacher is waiting to give a good advice.

...da muss man wirklich wissen was man sucht...sicher sind die Wege dort hin auch nicht sonderlich gepflegt...sodass ein Nichtwissender gar nicht auf die Idee kommt dass sich dort was Sehenswertes befindet...VLG Benita

  Unweit des Tempel befindet sich eins der berühmten Restaurants mit dem Namen Cabbages and Condoms geleitet vom früheren thailändischen Minister für Familienplanung Khun Mechai Viravaidya. Der Tempel wurde auch ihm gewidmet, denn er hatte für Thailand sehr viel Gutes erreicht und somit eine positive bedeutende Vergangenheit. In Deutschland bekannt unter dem Namen Minister Kondom.
  Während seiner Arbeit ist die durchschnittliche Anzahl der Kinder in thailändischen Familien von 7 auf 1,5 gesunken.
