In Vancouver also spring has arrived, how lovely.
But the snow on the mountains can not drive out so fast.
The pink and white flowers in the foreground I like particularly well.

"oh, what a clash of 'seasonal ambiences'!" one is tempted to say. the wintry snow-covered mountains looking all crisp and blue and cold, vs. spring in the "vancouver valley" ; ) with its sunkissed ocean of blossoms. but really, it's no clash at all! the april blossoms have such an incredibly cool and fresh air to them, that i think they are secretely considereing themselves winter's connection to spring! ; ) hugs, sabine. p.s.: i love the composition with the utility pole and cables in the foreground!
