Hi Matthias,Thanks so much for your comment. It wasn't till I started posting images on f-c that I learned of the term "Blaue Stunde," which I very much like, as it is a favorite time of mine for shooting cityscapes. I'm afraid we haven't anything quite as poetic sounding. The term I use for this type of light is twilight, although I do think of the Platters' recording of "Twilight Time" - which contains the line, "Heavenly shades of night are falling, it's Twilight Time..."

Great shot. Very geometric lines and lights mirrored in the water. The typical period of the night when the sun goes down and everythings turns to blue. We call it "Blaue Stunde". How do call it?best regards, Matthias
