A Place Called Shoal Bay

not much is left of the thriving community that was here years ago except one house and several outbuildingsand remains of the old goldmine .... but you can get a great meal there and meet some interesting people, and we anchored here after the big fog and explored the site the next morning.
this image is especially for Viktor Davare from FC.de whose friends run the restaurant .

Welch ein Trubel hier früher geherrscht haben muss, als man nach Gold schürfte. Schön, dass der Ort erhalten wurde mit dem feinen Restaurant :-)

Very beautifully selected angle to shoot, Adele.It offers a large cadre with amazing detail to focus attention upon. And the mass of trees in the background adds a lot to the composition.

Einige haben sich von hier zurückgezogen und andere zieht es für kurze Zeit hierhin, idyllisch wirkt es auf jeden Fall....
