the light is just gorgeous, ken! not only does it make the red barn and changing leaves glow, it also makes me look forward to all the characteristic delights of the season: bright colors, lanterns in the dark, glowing pumpkins, hot soups and lovely red wines… a beautiful image for the monthly theme! greetings, sabine.

the autumnal maple trees are trying to match the colour of the barn - or the barn trying to match the trees .... beautiful view with the brilliant blue sky above the picturesque rural scene !!
