It's a very nice "laid back" portrait, of a gorgeous young woman, posing on a backyard patio.
I think the position of the two legs, are good, just the way they are shown, she has a pair of gorgeous legs, and the right leg position, highlights her beautiful thigh.
As far as the left hand is concerned, I think it's in a natural position, and also it might be there to convey a sign that it covers the "private part", and says that...
"I'm NOT available for a pickup."
If I were doing this photo - shoot, I'd probably have her in the same position as she is in now.
The "jungle type" background is very nice.
I would eliminate the two chairs on the left side of the photo, because there are way to many blue chair legs in the photo, and they distract the viewer's eye away from this gorgeous model. ;-)

nice portrait and location.. her left hand position spoils the pose. She could have had her right leg lower instead.. portraits were had has to be use for cover are unnatural, basically.. why to use the hand? simply don't make that pose! :-)
