Cuzco is a picturesque city of 300000 inhabitants situated on the Andes mountain region in an altitude of 3500m (around 11.500 ft). The city is loaded with history being the site of the historical capital of the Inca empire. From here,after a dreamy ascend through the Andean valleys and canyons with an almost miniature train. one can reach the legendary site of Matchu Pitchu where lay the relics of the Incas civilization.
