Lower Manhattan in Blue Hour

From an after-sunset open helicopter flight over New York last June. (*)

That's the top of Freedom Tower, One World Trade Center, in this view toward the East River and
Brooklyn, with 1WTC's spire flanked by the Brooklyn Bridge at right and the Manhattan Bridge at left.

The lighting on the spire, providing an accent to the "Blaue Stunde" tones was a happy coincidence -
the rainbow colors were in observance of the NYC Pride Parade taking place later in the week.

    I also did it some years ago and it was a wonderful experience to fly over Manhattan !!
    You kept a wonderful view then with a perfect color of blue hour in Manhattan !!

    A heli flight over Manhattan is high on my wishlist. Fantastic impression. Surely nothing for people with high anxiety.
