If you believe, then this can be Kansas. Oz is just over the horizon, then across the wheat fields when they are there. For some it is just the way home, their American Culture free from the ruins of Europe. Did I say their fore fathers not only came from Europe to settle here, but have fought in every war America got involved in. Nebraska, it's flat, and the mind is free to wonder about the weather, the passing clouds, and the movement of rain curtains over one's fields today . Just like their ancestors now resting in grave yards with head stones marked "The Grand Army of the Republic" under the coming rain.

And I bet theres a tree on one the side of the road with a police car waiting for the speedsters or maybe the just want to stop you to have a chat cause they are bored.

a road that goes on forever - and such a big sky and fantastic clouds .... one can shoot a canonball down this straight road :-)))
