Picturesque lined emperor angelfish

This is one of the more sensitive Pomacanthus imperator fish. Its fins are thin and delicate and are easily burnt by even lower levels of ammonia. They are difficult to get to eat, extremely shy, and usually do not do well adapting to tank life.
Short time after this photo shoot the fish was disappeared in fraction of seconds.

Wonderful, but it`s not a butterfly fish. It is an emperor angelfish (pomacanthus imperator)
The butterfly -fishes are a group of marine fish of the family "Chaetodontidae"

Wunderschön, aber es ist kein Schmetterlingsfisch sondern ein Imperator - Kaiserfisch

  Hallo, lieber @Wiking Dürre, ich bedanke mich ganz herzlich für Deinen Hinweis und die Berichtigung. Auch nach über 400 TGs habe ich immer wieder Schwierigkeiten, korrekt die Fischarten zu bestimmen und bin deshalb für Hinweise oft angewiesen. Konstruktive Anmerkungen sind mir immer willkommen. Ich habe jetzt die Korrektur in meiner Bildbeschreibung vorgenommen. Liebe Grüße Wolfgang
