Sluice House -2-
The Sluiice House is a special square-shaped apartment building at the beginning of Amsterdam-IJburg. It was designed in collaboration between the Danish BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group) and the Rotterdam Barcode Architects. The building is 52 meters high and has sloping cut facades, with a large opening at the front, through which boats can pass. It is 10 stories high with 442 apartments.
