    No, the stick is a "lulav", palm branch. For willow they are allowed to take branches from other trees resembling it like eucalyptus.

    Why remove the stick ? it´s obviously a part of a story. Thanks for drawing my attention towards the "distracting problem"

    the two gentlemen are great with their focus on the fruit. the "stick" in the hand is a distracting problem. perhaps a tighter cut removing all of the stick? jh
