The spotted toughshank is a fungus that likes to grow on well-rotted conifer logs and develops rust-like reddish-brown spots with age on its creamy cap.
Dutch name : Roestvlekkenzwam
German name : Gefleckte Rosasporrübling (auch Gefleckter Rübling genannt)
Latin name : Rhodocollybia maculata (syn. Collybia maculata)
