Ein Flugzeug mit Geschichte auf einem Flugplatz mit Geschichte. Dazu noch ein Friedhof in der Nähe, der gerne von einem Amerikanischen Präsidenten aus einer anderen Zeit besucht wurde. Aber das ist schon lange Geschichte, der eine ist Tot, der andere weiß noch nicht das sich die Zeiten ändern.

Allied Troops from many other countries participated in D-Day June 6,1944 and the Battle of Normandy, in all the different armed services: Australia, Belgium, Czechoslovakia, France, Greece, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway and Poland.Over 425,000 Allied and German troops were killed, wounded or went missing during the Battle of Normandy.
We will remember them.

Wow, ein tolles Foto!Es könnte nämlich schwierig werden, grau gegen grau zu unterscheiden, aber der Dunkle Himmel gibt einen sehr weichen Hintergrund ab, gegen das kühle Metall.
Schön hast Du das Material, die Spiegelungen und die Details eingefangen.
Und alles ist doch ganz gut erhalten...trotz "the March of Time".
