    what is the photograph but a rudimentary time machine! it makes life stand still, forever hesitating in the chosen moment, adding weight, prominence, momentousness to it by rendering it somewhat eternal, if only for a while, as all things earthly are forever evanescent… nice play on the topic of seeing (presenting a magnifying glass illusion to the viewer!) and being seen (by the mirrored photographer himself ; ) through his lens)! greetings, sabine.
