The North Cape

North Cape is a cape on the northern coast of the island of Magerøya in Northern Norway. The European route E69 motorway has its northern terminus at North Cape, which makes it the northernmost point in Europe that can be accessed by car . The cape includes a 307-metre-high cliff with a large flat plateau on top, where visitors can watch the midnight sun and views of the Barents Sea to the north.
This is as close as I could get with the zoom of my PowerShot, hand held and in not the best weather and I did not crop the image at all - so forgive the quality ....

Diese beiden Bilder von dir sind durch die Gegenüberstellung witzig - ich kann mir das so gut vorstellen: Von unten nach oben gucken und fotografieren und von oben nach unten ebenfalls. Hinterher haben die einen die jeweils anderen auf ihren Fotos :-)). Du könntest die beiden Aufnahmen evtl. noch jeweils untereinander verlinken.

  danke, liebe Doris ...great idea and I will do it, and if I had a program that could do collages, I would have put the photos together into one :-)))
